Payton leaned on a walker while filming the video she shared on social media. "Two months ago, I couldn't walk. I couldn't talk at the beginning of the year, but now I'm walking better than I thought I would, talking better than I thought I would. Pray for me, I'll be back," she said. She then thanked everyone for their prayers and added that it had been a long few months. "Stay with me. I'll be back. Slowly but surely, I'm winning the race," she concluded.
