The flag with lilies was the official state symbol of the internationally recognized Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, among other things, was in use until 1998. Also, it flew in front of the UN building in the USA until its withdrawal from use. It should be noted that officials from the RS entity dispute this flag and declare it as a so-called war flag used by the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, although it was the official flag of the internationally recognized Bosnia and Herzegovina during the war.
