"Nevertheless, these young men will acquire new habits, more responsibility and seriousness, they will gain some life habits and learn what the state is. And the state will be much stronger," said Vučić. The President of Serbia added that the construction of barracks in the border parts of the country will be particularly encouraged. "From Sombor to Pirot, from Priboj to Zaječar and in Kladovo... Because this way we also strengthen those local self-governments. The army will have its own salaries, will spend money in the city, their families will come, and someone will have to feed them. These cities will, in fact, get a new factory," he assessed. Responding to criticism that Serbia, together with Israel, will build a factory for the production of military drones, Vučić said that he does not understand whether they are criticizing or praising him, because he is proud of that achievement and because it will ensure that Serbia has "the best drones in this part of the world."
