The debt dated from the period 1997-2001, with the total debt amounting to 11,580,523.05 BAM. "In accordance with the agreement concluded on April 17, 2025, the debt was fully settled in the total amount of 2,944,963.38 BAM. The settlement of the principal debt and procedural costs created the conditions for issuing a decision approving the write-off of default interest. In this way, default interest in the amount of 8,635,559.67 BAM, or 100 percent of the calculated interest, was written off. Also, by this decision, previously established security measures, including a mortgage on the company's property, were lifted," the company announced. They added that this act confirmed the financial stabilization of the Company and the continuation of operations in full compliance with applicable legal regulations.
