Vesna is 53 years old. Over the past two years, she has undergone two major surgeries: removal of a hand tendon tumor and a spinal operation in Tuzla. Following the spinal surgery, Vesna continues to experience severe pain in her neck, arms, and right leg, making daily life nearly impossible. For the past 16 months, she has been taking painkillers three to five times a day, as well as corticosteroids. Doctors have urgently recommended a reoperation in Belgrade because the initial procedure did not relieve the nerve pressure.
