Governors of two Russian border regions claimed that Ukrainian drones injured five people after attacks on targets in the Kursk and Belgorod regions. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian military reported that Russian forces violated the terms of a 32-hour ceasefire 469 times. This included assault actions, shelling, and drone attacks, they stated. The ceasefire was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday and took effect on Saturday at 13:00. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy agreed to adhere to it. Ahead of the ceasefire, Ukraine and Russia exchanged 175 soldiers each. This occurred at a time when U.S.-led negotiations to reach a settlement were suspended due to the war in the Middle East. Alexander Khinshtein, governor of the Russian border region Kursk, claimed that a Ukrainian drone hit a gas station in the city of Lgov, injuring three people, including a child. Khinshtein asserted that the attack occurred after the ceasefire began. In the neighboring Belgorod region, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that two people were injured in Ukrainian drone attacks.
