Parscale was one of the key figures in Donald Trump's first two presidential campaigns and one of his closest associates. He has been linked to the Trump Organization since 2011, and due to this collaboration, he obtained positions in the campaigns. Parscale served as the digital media director in the 2016 campaign and as the campaign manager in 2020.
Although he had a turbulent relationship with Trump after July 2020, when he was replaced as campaign manager by Bill Stepien, Parscale continued to collaborate with the family after issuing a sort of apology in 2022 and urging him to run as a candidate again, which Trump did.
There are no formal ties between Parscale and the organization led by Trump Jr., but the former campaign manager is evidently still close to the family, as suggested by his arrival in Banja Luka alongside the eldest son of the U.S. president.
Incidentally, since September 2025, he has been a paid lobbyist for Israel, which could also be part of the reason for his visit to Banja Luka, considering the connections between SNSD leader Milorad Dodik and lobbyists associated with Israel.
Specifically, Parscale received six million dollars from this country to organize and coordinate a social media campaign aimed at promoting U.S.-Israel relations, amid Israel's declining popularity in America.
The specific reason for his visit to Banja Luka, at least officially, is not known.
