"We want and seek better relations with countries in the region, with a special emphasis on the relations between Belgrade and Sarajevo. This is of exceptional importance for the Bosniak people in Serbia, but also for the overall stability and future of the Western Balkans," said Zukorlić.
Zukorlić stated that the Party of Justice and Reconciliation is ready for elections at any time, but that decisions on holding them should be made with full consideration of complex global and internal circumstances.
"We expressed the view that we are indifferent regarding elections and that we are always ready, especially when it becomes a broader social consensus. However, it should be kept in mind that the situation in the world today is not at all trivial. In conversation with the president, we concluded that it is necessary to consider all the circumstances facing the state and society," said Zukorlić.
He added that SPP remains firmly committed to the pro-European path, while simultaneously strengthening regional cooperation, as well as continuing infrastructure and development projects in Sandžak.
The consultations, as he assessed, proceeded in a constructive atmosphere, with an exchange of views on key political issues and priorities in the upcoming period.
