This artistic creation has been recognized by the Horological Academy of Independent Watchmakers, of which Eleta is a member among 35 members. The Bosnian ambassador to Germany, Damir Arnaut, is among the initiators for Eleta to become an honorary consul. The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Beฤiroviฤ (SDP), agreed to formalize this institutionally. "After decades spent in Switzerland as an artist and creator of unique clocks, the Bosnian authorities have chosen me as an honorary consul.
