With this initiative, UniCredit Bank once again confirms its strategic commitment to strengthening domestic entrepreneurship and the sustainable growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During the five fair days, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the operations of four outstanding BiH companies, which have received the Management Excellence Award for 2025 in various categories of business excellence. These companies will present their products, services, and business models at the UniCredit Bank stand, have the chance to establish new contacts, and further enhance their visibility and market position.
Edo Slad, the winner in the Operational Excellence and Innovations category, for successfully scaling production and innovative processes in the food industry, presented its products during the first day of the fair. Inoma, the recipient of the special award for Women's Leadership, in recognition of excellent management practices and contributions to the development of women's entrepreneurship, will present its range of perfumes, decorative cosmetics, jewelry, and watches on April 15 and 16. On Friday, April 17, the company Galeyo, the winner in the Talent and Culture category, which strongly focuses on employee development and organizational culture, will present its business model. On the last day of the fair, Saturday, April 18, the company Pharma Maac, the winner in the Management and Financial Excellence category, as an example of stable growth and responsible management in the healthcare sector, will present premium products for a healthy lifestyle and a holistic approach to health.
"Through the MEA Program, we have created much more than recognition; we have built a platform for the long-term development and international affirmation of domestic companies. That is precisely why the Mostar Fair is an ideal place for networking, exchanging ideas, and promoting the success of the BiH economy. In collaboration with our partner Deloitte, we will soon open this year's call for companies, and I believe we will recognize new excellent stories from the local economy that will be awarded for entrepreneurial excellence," stated Amina Mahmutoviฤ, President of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank.
The MEA Program is implemented within the UniCredit initiative for BiH, in partnership with the global business consulting company Deloitte, with the aim of identifying, recognizing, and providing long-term support to private BiH companies that stand out for excellent business results, modern management practices, innovation, and strong leadership.
During the fair, visitors will be able to learn more about the Management Excellence Award Program, its benefits, and the selection process.
