At the bottom of the list are the Balkan duo, namely Bulgaria (10.5 euros) and Romania (12.9 euros). Regarding the region, it is also worth noting that Croatia, whose workers earn 16.2 euros per hour, is somewhat below the average but relatively far from the bottom of the list.
