Trebević cable car closed until April 20: Helicopter to be used for service and helipad at Vidikovac

In the coming days, a helicopter will be engaged to transport disassembled and serviced parts for the implementation of the second phase of the special service of the counterweight batteries on pillars 4 and 5 of the Trebević cable car route.

The helicopter will be engaged from April 7 to 10 to transport, assemble, and disassemble the sheave batteries.

"The engagement of the helicopter ensures the efficient, safe, and timely execution of planned maintenance activities in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's recommendations and applicable technical standards," the statement said.

Residents of the surrounding areas were notified that the helicopter will use the helipad plateau at Vidikovac for landing and takeoff.

The planned completion of the work is April 20, when the cable car will be opened to visitors.
