This year's speed tests pass through the Primorje-Gorski Kotar, Istria, Lika-Senj, and Karlovac counties. The ceremonial start takes place on the Korzo in Rijeka, and the competition program includes 20 speed tests spread over three days. The rally concludes with the Power Stage near the Nehaj Fortress in Senj, while the winners will be announced at a ceremony in Opatija.
