Comprehensive assessment and examination completely free

During the examinations to be conducted in mid-April as part of the visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, patient assessments will be performed, especially for those who do not achieve sufficient improvement with drug therapy, and advanced treatment methods such as deep brain stimulation (DBS) will be considered.

Doc. dr. Zırh is known as a Guinness World Record holder for the number of deep brain stimulation (DBS) surgeries performed, with over 2,600 successful procedures, ranking him among the most experienced specialists in this field. Services will be provided at the Adria Polyclinic in Tuzla along with his expert team, which will include one doctor and one nurse.

The team also includes Dr. Özgün Köksal, a specialist in Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, who has advanced training in EEG and EMG diagnostics, botulinum toxin application, deep brain stimulation (DBS), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), as well as neurotology and neuro-ophthalmology. The goal is to provide patients with comprehensive assessment and guidance according to international standards.

During the visit, examinations will be free of charge. Given that the number of patients is limited to 15 per day, interested patients are recommended to register via this link as soon as possible.

Patients who wish to schedule an examination can register with the Medipol representative office via phone number 061 738 361, while additional information can be obtained by contacting the Adria Polyclinic at 035 224 256.

The visit is organized with the support of Dr. Mirsad Selimović, and it is emphasized that necessary coordination will be ensured for patients not only from Tuzla and its surroundings but also from other cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
