Switzerland has extradited Nermin Ćulum to Bosnia and Herzegovina after nearly four years; he is charged with three criminal offenses.

The founder of the biker group United Tribuns was arrested in August 2022 at the border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia based on an international warrant, and is charged with the criminal offenses of international human trafficking and incitement to prostitution.

Following extradition, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina held a hearing on April 1, at which Ćulum was ordered into custody. According to this decision, the custody can last up to one month from the date of arrest, that is, until April 30 or until a new decision by the Court.

"The suspect is charged with committing the criminal offense of organized crime under Article 250, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in connection with the criminal offense of international human trafficking under Article 186, the criminal offense of international incitement to prostitution under Article 187 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the criminal offense of money laundering under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina," states the announcement from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
