After a prolonged period of cold, gloomy, and rainy weather, the arrival of sunny days has brought Sarajevans a true spring atmosphere and the opportunity to spend time outdoors.

As recorded by a Klix.ba photojournalist, the sunny weather drew numerous citizens to the streets of the capital, as well as to promenades and picnic areas, where they spent the weekend walking, socializing, and enjoying outdoor recreation.

A large turnout was recorded at the Stojฤevac picnic area in Ilidลพa, which was filled with visitors. Surrounded by greenery, forests, and fresh air, many used their free time for sports activities such as running, table tennis, walking, and cycling.

Otherwise, in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina today, sunny weather was recorded with light to moderate cloudiness, and temperatures reached around 20 degrees Celsius.

The beginning of next week brings gradual cloudiness from the south. In the afternoon hours, local showers and thunderstorms are expected in the central, eastern, and northern regions, while the majority of precipitation will arrive during the night into Tuesday.

The wind will be of moderate strength, from the east and southeast directions. The lowest morning air temperatures will mostly range between 4 and 8 degrees, up to 12 in the south of the country, while the highest daytime temperatures will generally be between 17 and 22 degrees Celsius.
