Traffic is slow and single-lane on regional roads Zvornik - Priboj (in the Goduš area) and Banovići - Lukavac (in the Tulovići area).

All vehicle traffic is prohibited on the bridge along the main road Dobro Polje - Miljevina. Vehicles with a total weight of up to 3.5 tons can use routes via Grepko or Kalinovik (which includes 19 km of gravel road), while freight vehicles must travel via Rogatica and Ustiprača.

Due to road repairs on the section of the main road Donji Vakuf - Turbe (Komar), traffic is reduced to one lane with manual signaling from 08:00 to 16:00 hours.

Due to regular maintenance on the A-1 highway section, including the Vis, 25th November, and Grab tunnels, today, April 6th, starting at 8:00, the left lane in the direction of Tarčin - Lepenica is closed to motor vehicles. During the works, traffic will be directed bidirectionally on the right side of the highway until completion.

Due to road repair works on the A-1 highway section Kakanj-Lašva, spanning 3 km, the left lane of the highway is closed. During the works, traffic will be directed bidirectionally on the right side, in the direction of Lašva - Kakanj.

On the A-1 highway sections Sarajevo north-Podlugovi and A-1 Sarajevo west-Lepenica, traffic is diverted to the overtaking lane due to necessary works.

Due to repair works on bridge expansion joints on the main road M-17 Konjic-Tarčin (before the Bradina tunnel), traffic is diverted from the driving lane to the overtaking lane.

On the main road Jablanica-Blidinje, traffic is permitted for vehicles up to 3.5 tons, while traffic for vehicles over 3.5 tons remains suspended.

Long queues of vehicles are present at the exit from Bosnia and Herzegovina at the border crossings: Izačić, Velika Kladuša, Kostajnica, Kozarska Dubica, Gradina, Gradiška, Novi Grad, Brod, Orašje, and Brčko. At other border crossings, delays for passenger vehicles do not exceed 30 minutes.

Due to passenger registration under the new EU Entry/Exit System (EES), longer delays may occur at border crossings.

The Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons. As of December 2, 2025, the Karakaj border crossing is open to all vehicle categories. At the Šepak border crossing, traffic is prohibited for all freight vehicles.
