"We are launching an initiative to build a monument in Donja Gradina—as a permanent reminder of the suffering of the Serbian people and the obligation that the truth must never be forgotten. It is unacceptable that this site still lacks a worthy memorial to this day. We have prepared amendments to the VAT Law seeking the abolition of VAT on medicines, baby food, children's equipment, and orthopedic aids. On April 28, we will present this initiative together with representatives in the House of Representatives," he emphasized.
He mentioned the "Generation of Healthy Minds" initiative and that an application will be introduced to enable control and restriction of access to harmful content on social networks, aiming to protect children.
"We are launching a systematic solution to improve the status of teaching assistants, who currently work without adequate contracts and for insufficient income. The initiative will be officially submitted on April 20. At the same time, we give full support to resolving the status of their parents. We advocate that maternity allowance, which has been 405 KM for years, be equal to the minimum wage. In the first half of May, we will launch a petition as additional pressure on institutions. We are initiating the equalization of subsidies for kindergartens in all cities and municipalities, including private kindergartens. On that occasion, a meeting will be held in Gradiška on April 23," he stated.
According to his words, PSS will also insist on the urgent implementation of the Social Card Law so that this law finally comes to life in practice.
"We advocate for the establishment of a child allowance fund—so that no child and no parent after a divorce is left in uncertainty. We will send an extraordinary urgency to the Government of the Republic of Srpska and the relevant ministry to introduce mandatory school uniforms, as a step toward greater equality and an orderly system. These are concrete initiatives and a clear plan of action, and we will not stop until each of these measures becomes a reality," he concluded.
