Nevertheless, among others, Dačić also thanked convicted war criminals, which he even boasted about in a post on this social network. Dačić first sent a message to the convict for genocide and other most severe war crimes, Ratko Mladić. "On this occasion, I thank Ratko Mladić, whose son Darko informed me that his father asked about me several times," wrote Dačić. In addition, he also thanked Marko Milošević, the son of former Yugoslav and Serbian President Slobodan Milošević who died during the trial in The Hague, as well as convicted war criminals Jovica Stanišić and Franko Simatović. "Thank you endlessly, may good return to your families! Long live Serbia and the never-subjugated Serbian people," wrote Dačić. As he highlighted in the disgraceful post, Dačić said that he "had the honor to be a friend and collaborator" with many, as he called them, "significant people." This is how the minister in the Serbian government described persons convicted of war crimes, including the most severe among them, namely the genocide committed in Srebrenica in 1995.
