Already tonight, the SPID team faces a new challenge in the match against Kyiv, which arrives with an exceptionally high-quality squad composed of Ukrainian national team players, so another top-level and demanding duel is expected. SPID opened the "Champions Cup" in Naples with a victory against IOK Zagreb.
The SPID Sarajevo sitting volleyball club successfully began their campaign at the 2026 Champions Cup, the strongest club competition in Europe held from April 9th to 12th in Naples, with a 3:0 victory over the IOK Zagreb team, marking an excellent first step toward qualifying for the tournament finals.
