In a late-night announcement, Trump confirmed that the U.S. military's search mission had successfully concluded.

"Over the past several hours, the United States military executed one of the boldest search and rescue operations in U.S. history for one of our outstanding crew members, who is also a highly esteemed colonel, and I am pleased to inform you that he is now safe and rescued," Trump wrote.

He also described the location of the rescued pilot.

"This brave warrior was behind enemy lines in the dangerous mountains of Iran, where enemies hunted him and grew closer by the hour, but he was never truly alone, because his commander-in-chief, the secretary of defense, the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, and his comrades tracked his location 24 hours a day and diligently planned his rescue," Trump praised, among others, himself.

He stated that he ordered the deployment of dozens of aircraft armed with the deadliest weapons in the world to extract him. He mentioned that the pilot sustained injuries but will recover.

"This miraculous search and rescue operation follows the successful rescue of another brave pilot yesterday, which we did not confirm because we did not want to jeopardize our second rescue operation. This is the first time in military memory that two American pilots have been rescued, separately, deep in enemy territory," Trump noted.

He also emphasized that "no American soldier will ever be left behind."

"The fact that we successfully carried out both of these operations, without a single American killed or even wounded, once again proves that we have achieved complete air dominance and superiority over Iranian airspace," claimed the U.S. president.

In conclusion, he said that all Americans should unite and take pride in this achievement, and that the U.S. has the best, deadliest, and most professional military in the world.
