At the end of 2022, Teo Rogić was appointed as the head of the Department for Cooperation with International Organizations within the Sector for International Relations and Protocol of the Joint Service of the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also served as the secretary of the Delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). Dragan Čović is at the head of that Delegation. Ten years ago, Teo Rogić was also a member of the HDZ Youth, together with the current Minister of Transport of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Andrijana Katić. Incidentally, his father is a long-time member of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so it is now rightfully questioned whether there is a conflict of interest in light of Article 2.1 of the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. "Election commissions and polling committees are independent and impartial in their work. A member of an election commission or polling committee shall not participate in decision-making when that member or a member of their immediate family has a personal or financial interest, or if there is another conflict of interest that could cast doubt on their ability to act impartially. Immediate family members are considered family members within the meaning of Article 15.7, paragraph 2 of this law," it is stated.
