Ševkija Resić and Muamer Kadušić suspended for 12 matches for punching the main and assistant referees.

The Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (NS FBiH) has imposed severe sanctions on two players from NK Natron of Maglaj, following a serious incident and physical assault on referees after the conclusion of the 18th round match of the Second League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Center against Zavidovići's Krivaja.

The neighborhood derby between Natron and Krivaja ended without a winner with a score of 1:1, but the result was completely overshadowed by the chaos that ensued after the match.

The main actors of this scandal were the home team players, Ševkija Resić and Muamer Kadušić, who earned direct red cards for physically assaulting match officials.

According to the official report from the match delegate, the dissatisfaction escalated into a brutal physical confrontation, where the referees came out worse for wear.

Ševkija Resić was sent off after striking the first assistant referee, Denijal Jamaković, with a closed fist to the stomach area, while his teammate Muamer Kadušić received a red card for hitting the main referee, Mirza Šabić, with a clenched fist in the back.

Following such unpleasant scenes, the Disciplinary Commission of the NS FBiH showed no mercy. The duo from Maglaj were handed drastic suspensions in accordance with the disciplinary regulations: 12 matches, of which they have already served two, leaving 10 remaining.
