Angelina Janjušević is a visual artist from Montenegro, a member of ULUCG, with a long-standing exhibition practice and numerous solo and group exhibitions in Montenegro and the region. She will present herself to the audience in Sarajevo with a series of paintings titled "The Path," a thematic whole through which the works interconnect and form a unique narrative line. The exhibition, in its character and atmosphere, explores the idea of inner movement, duration, and personal perception of space through processual and intuitive painting.

The exhibition is designed so that the viewer undergoes a gradual transformation, from density and unrest toward clarity and silence. It is not a narrative that imposes an answer but a process that invites reflection. Each painting functions independently, but together they form an organic structure—like chapters of the same story.

When the observer stands before the paintings, space opens for quiet questioning: Where am I now? Where am I going? What am I leaving behind? This series gently reminds us that the path is not linear, not simple, and not always clear, but that precisely in its unevenness lies life—and the beauty and strength of a person.

The Path, in its essence, is an invitation to return to oneself. To slow down. To recognize what we carry, what we were, and what we are becoming. It is a visual record of a process we often cannot put into words. Each painting is a fragment, each brushstroke a step, and the entire exhibition—an intimate map of a person's need to find peace in movement and light within.

Angelina Janjušević was born in 1963 in Nikšić. She graduated from the Faculty of Education, specializing in visual arts education. She also holds a degree from the Faculty of Arts as a specialist in the theory of modern and contemporary art. She works as a visual arts teacher in Nikšić and is a member of ULUCG.

The exhibition will be on display until April 16 and will be open to visitors daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
