"We have the greatest trust precisely in the workers of TRZ. We want to restore the working and production spirit to this company, for people to come to work feeling secure, to work and live from their labor, without worrying about what awaits them tomorrow. In the coming days, all outstanding wages will be paid," stated Minister Lakić.
He confirmed that domestic companies Pretis and BNT TMiH are stepping in to assist TRZ, and together with the Government of the Federation of BiH, they will participate in stabilizing operations and strengthening production capacities.
"There is will, there are partners, and there is a clear plan to return this company to where it belongs, to the heart of the specialized industry of the Federation of BiH. We will not allow bankruptcy and shutdown. Just as we succeeded with Zrak, here too we are making a turnaround, from problem to solution. With the active involvement of domestic industrial partners Pretis and BNT TMiH, we are jointly taking responsibility to stabilize the company, restart production, and ensure regular income for workers. Our goal is clear: a stable company, secure jobs, and a strong domestic industry. The Government of the Federation of BiH has the same approach towards every company: to save, stabilize, and develop. The model we applied in Zrak is now being replicated in TRZ," said Minister Lakić, as announced by the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining, and Industry.
