An eighteen-year-old attacker, armed with a shotgun, randomly shot at a vocational high school in Siverek, in the Sanliurfa province near the border with Syria, before hiding inside the building. He later committed suicide with the same shotgun, said Governor Hasan Sildak. Among the injured is a teacher who is in serious condition, reported NTV television. The motive is currently unknown. Special operations police units were deployed after the attacker refused to surrender, while all staff and students were evacuated, announced NTV.
