Cookbook author Amy Sheppard shared a recipe for one of her favorite salmon dishes on her TikTok. When preparing this dish, all ingredients go into the same pan, and to ensure the salmon skin is crispy, it's crucial to pat the salmon dry with a paper towel before cooking.

Ingredients: cooking oil, four salmon fillets, a tablespoon of smoked paprika, a tablespoon of oil, finely chopped onion, two minced garlic cloves, 60 grams of fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, 300 milliliters of cooking cream, 300 milliliters of chicken broth, 50 grams of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, one tablespoon of freshly chopped herbs, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel, season with salt, add pepper, and sprinkle with smoked paprika. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for a few minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the onion and cook until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Then, add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour in the cooking cream and chicken broth. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Stir in the grated Parmesan and fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Return the salmon fillets to the pan with the sauce, and if desired, you can also add cooked tagliatelle pasta.
