Specifically, three countries in the region have announced that they have activated air defenses due to missile and drone attacks from Iran. These are the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, and Kuwait.

The reason for these attacks, or for their continuation after the ceasefire, is the fact that decision-making in the Iranian military is decentralized, and it will take some time for the order to cease attacks to reach every sector.

Bahrain's Ministry of Interior stated that civil defense teams successfully contained a fire that broke out at a facility following the attack and that there were no casualties.

Earlier, the ministry announced that alarm sirens had been activated and called on citizens and residents to remain calm and seek shelter at the nearest safe location.

On the other hand, authorities in the UAE reported that debris from the interception of projectiles by the United Arab Emirates' air defense system injured three people and caused a fire at the Habshan gas processing plant.

The injured included two UAE nationals and one Indian national, according to the Abu Dhabi Media Office, which added that the incident led to a halt in operations at the plant.

These attacks should not jeopardize the implementation of the ceasefire agreed upon in the early morning hours.
