Fuad Šehić has been appointed as the acting director, while Senad Turbo, Ardita Buljubašić, and Rijad Vrabac have been appointed as executive directors. All members of the Management Board have acting mandates, meaning they will remain in this status until the conclusion of the competitive procedure within a 12-month period. From June 2025, Fuad Šehić served as the chief director for commercial and financial affairs at the company "Pretis d.d." It is worth recalling that the former director of "Pretis d.d.," Ajdin Kupus, resigned after less than a year in the position. Kupus was appointed as the acting director on May 26, 2025, during a session of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, following the dismissal of director Almira Zulić by the Supervisory Board of "Pretis d.d." Kupus stated to Klix.ba that he resigned due to increasing disagreements with the company's Supervisory Board. "I submitted my resignation in light of growing disagreements regarding the future direction and management of the company, as well as significant differences with the views of the Supervisory Board, which hinder effective collaboration and the making of key business decisions," Kupus told Klix.ba. The company "Pretis d.d." specializes in the production of artillery ammunition, specifically howitzer, cannon, and mortar shells.
