An indictment has been filed against Adna Mesihović, Dženita Viteškić, Ibrahim Obhođaš, Enda Pavić Pečenković, Muhamed Ajanović, Dalila Hakalović, Murat Ramadanović, Mersiha Šabaredžović Klačar, Jasmina Sijerčić, Maida Čohodar Husić, Lidija Zvačko Pehar, Dejan Milošević, Kasim Bajrović, and Emine Kiseljaković.
They are charged with criminal offenses of abuse of position or authority, accepting rewards or other forms of benefit for influence peddling, and fraud in office.
The filing of the indictment was preceded by a complex investigation by the Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton in cooperation with investigators from the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton and the Office for the Fight Against Corruption of the Sarajevo Canton, in accordance with the signed Memorandum on the prosecution of corrupt criminal offenses.
