It will take them about four days to return, and they are expected to land in the Pacific Ocean off the west coast of the United States on April 10 at 20:07 local time.

Teams will use helicopters to pick up the astronauts from the water and take them to a nearby U.S. Navy ship.

NASA states that medical examinations will be conducted on the ship as they return to land.

After the success of the expedition, astronaut Victor Glover told his colleagues on Earth that what the four astronauts are currently seeing is "really hard to describe."
