The subject of the sale was a business premises in Čitluk, which was sold to the third most favorable bidder. Specifically, the first two bidders did not make the payment, i.e., they did not fulfill their assumed obligations within the stipulated period, which is why the procedure continued in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The property was sold for 351,000 BAM. Ownership of the subject property was registered to the buyer by a decision of the Municipal Court in Čitluk on March 25, 2026, thereby successfully concluding the procedure.
"The Cantonal Tax Office Mostar continues to take enforced collection measures with the aim of efficient collection of public revenues and consistent application of legal regulations," announced the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
