Namely, police officers from the Criminal Police Sector, Department of Special Purposes, with the assistance of police officers from the Criminal Police Department of the Konjic Police Administration and the Konjic Police Station, while undertaking operational measures and actions in the area of the city of Konjic, stopped and identified this man.
During the identification, the mentioned person discarded a larger piece of a bag containing an unknown brown powdery substance, which in appearance resembles the narcotic drug heroin, and the said item was seized during the investigation.
Under the supervision of the acting prosecutor, and based on the oral order of the Municipal Court in Konjic, a search of the apartment, auxiliary building, and three motor vehicles used by the mentioned person was conducted.
Additionally, an investigation was carried out at several locations in the area of the city of Konjic, which are linked to the suspect, during which a larger quantity of an unknown white powdery substance, as well as a larger quantity of an unknown brown powdery substance, were found, which in appearance resemble the narcotic drugs cocaine, amphetamine, and heroin.
The exact type and quantity of the found substances will be determined by subsequent expert analysis.
Criminal processing is being conducted on the arrested person, and further measures and actions are being taken under the supervision of the acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of HNK.
