The call for participation is open to final-year students, graduates, and recent diploma holders seeking their first employment, coming from all faculties across Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are ready to test their ideas in a competition simulating real business challenges. After two successful cycles, this year's program aims to introduce young talents with a sales mindset and develop their skills for direct client work.
ProChamp is a dynamic, multi-day competition. Edition 3.0 is a developmental experience where participants, through concrete tasks and practical situations, will work on understanding clients, their needs, and creating acquisition activities. The central part of the competition is working on a project task. Participants will analyze real business situations and design appropriate solutions. The program combines workshops, practical work, and team challenges, with continuous mentor support and direct feedback. It focuses on enhancing skills useful in professional and everyday life: from clear communication and understanding through active listening to building better relationships, as well as presentation and decision-making in a real business context.
