"We did not choose the slogan 'The Path of the Book' by chance; we wanted to send a clear message that a book is not just a part of tradition but a key link to the future. In a time increasingly shaped by algorithms and artificial intelligence, it is important to note that every piece of knowledge, every idea, and technological advancement actually begins from a book," he added. The importance of the fair was also discussed by Ibrahim Spahiฤ‡, president of the Book Fair's program council. "More than 600 intellectuals will be at the fair from April 22 to 27. This testifies that it is the most organized meeting of intellectuals and artists with the public. The key to the fair is a concept based not only on a larger number of different pavilions but on the content of life within those pavilions. It is not just about hundreds of publishers and authors, but about tens of thousands of visitors and the institutions we have invited," he said.
