Before a capacity audience that filled the hall, 138 musicians performed their repertoire, eliciting ovations and applause as visitors enthusiastically followed the virtuoso performances of this renowned ensemble. From the very first notes, the audience was completely immersed in the blend of classical elegance and Romani temperament that this ensemble has cultivated for over three decades.
This unique orchestra, a bearer of prestigious awards and an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records, presented a rich repertoire ranging from classical works by masters such as Liszt, Strauss, Brahms, and Tchaikovsky to traditional Hungarian Romani melodies that further ignited the atmosphere. Organizers announced before the concert that this was one of the most important cultural events in the city this year. The producer of this concert spectacle was Tomislav Kašeljević.
Incidentally, this symphony orchestra has performed at over a thousand concerts, from small local cultural centers to prestigious world venues. The orchestra performed at the opening of the World Exposition in Lisbon before 20,000 people, won an award at the 45th International Music Festival in Carthage, and between 2002 and 2014, they held 55 successful performances at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris. They regularly perform in France and Monaco and have also performed in Africa, America, Asia, Australia, and across Europe.
