The verdict was delivered after Jović reached a plea agreement with the prosecution, accepting all counts of the indictment charging him with unauthorized production and trafficking of drugs. According to the verdict, from February to August 2025, Jović, along with 13 other defendants, procured and resold drugs. He reportedly acquired amphetamines, speed, and marijuana, which he then sold further. A total of 20 individuals are covered by the indictment in the "Smuggler" case. After pleading guilty, Milan Paravac was sentenced to five years in prison, while Srđan Makrić (33), known as Mamula, and Dušan Jaljilović (30), known as Dule, were each sentenced to three years.
