On April 14, traffic safety police officers from the Prijedor Police Station temporarily seized a BMW passenger vehicle from driver B.B. of Prijedor after he refused to undergo testing for the presence of narcotic drugs in his system, according to a statement from the Prijedor police.
Checks revealed that the individual is a repeat offender of serious traffic safety violations, with a long history of unpaid fines amounting to 6,200 KM.
The vehicle was temporarily seized due to concerns that he would reoffend. Against B.B., who has been deprived of his liberty, a request will be submitted to the competent court to initiate misdemeanor proceedings.
