The session adopted the minutes from previous meetings, as well as reports on the expenditure of financial resources for 2025, including funds collected from special fees for protection and rescue, and funds allocated for the construction and maintenance of shelters and refuges.

Members of the Staff also reviewed the Report on the Work of the Ilidža Municipal Civil Protection Staff for 2025 and provided guidelines for further improving the organization and efficiency of operations in emergency situations. The session approved the "Training – Advanced First Aid" project, which includes advanced education for the Protection and Rescue Service in first aid and logistical supply.

Conclusions were also adopted to enhance the safety and organization of the municipality.

One of the conclusions tasks the Civil Protection Service and the Communal Activities Service to undertake preparatory activities and conduct detailed documentation of all potential hazards and critical locations, in order to carry out works on removing trees and branches in walkways and public areas, contributing to a safer and more organized environment for citizens.

Another conclusion involves sending letters to the Ministry of Security and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to submit the decision on the establishment of the Blažuj Migrant Camp, as well as information on completed activities related to the closure and relocation of the camp.

The Ilidža Municipal Civil Protection Staff continues activities aimed at strengthening preparedness and efficient response to all potential natural and other disasters in the municipality.
