However, this session is also doomed to fail, as Nikola Špirić (SNSD), a member of the Collegium of the House of Peoples, has already announced that delegates from his party will not attend the session. Špirić sent a letter addressed to the Chairman of the House of Peoples, Kemal Ademović, stating that SNSD delegates will not be present at this session. Since a quorum requires three delegates from each club, the session will certainly not be held. In the letter he sent, Špirić notes that Ademović "unilaterally scheduled the session" and violated the practice of not scheduling sessions during weeks of major religious holidays. "I express the expectation that in this specific case, it is an exception, and that in the future you will return to the practice of coordinating at least the session dates with the other two members of the Collegium, as an important prerequisite for their successful scheduling," stated the member of the Collegium from the Serbian people. It is worth noting that Špirić and other SNSD delegates, regardless of session dates, have regularly broken the quorum and blocked the work of the House of Peoples over the past few months, together with their colleagues from the HDZ.
