As stated in the official document of the Geodetic and Property-Legal Affairs Service of the City of Tuzla, the procedure was carried out at the proposal of the expropriation beneficiary, the public company Ceste Federacije BiH. Within this process, a complete expropriation of the land necessary for the realization of the infrastructure project was carried out. This involves a section covering the area of Drežnik and Šićki Brod, including the planned construction of the Šićki Brod roundabout, which represents one of the more significant traffic interventions in this part of the Tuzla Canton. The competent service confirmed that all decisions made in the expropriation procedure have become final, thereby fully completing the administrative part of the process. This has created the conditions for the uninterrupted continuation of the project's realization on the ground. This information was provided in response to a parliamentary question by Admira Čavalić addressed to the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which concerned the expropriation phase and any potential delays related to this project. The document indicates that there were no deviations that would jeopardize the legality or completion of the procedure and that the process was conducted in accordance with regulations. The realization of this infrastructure project aims to improve traffic connectivity and safety on one of the busier roads in the Tuzla Canton.
