In that region, the series achieved 3.6 million views, placing it as the second most successful Disney+ season premiere of all time, right behind the first season of "Loki." The continuation of the series also sparked interest in the original episodes. Over the past week, "Malcolm in the Middle" recorded a viewership increase of 18 million hours, representing a 107 percent rise compared to the previous week. "Malcolm in the Middle: Life's Still Unfair" also garnered significant attention on digital platforms. Content related to the series accumulated over one million engagements, 17 million views, and nearly 19 million impressions on YouTube and social media in the last two weeks. The official synopsis of the series reads: "After hiding himself and his daughter from the family for more than a decade, Malcolm is pulled back into their lives when Hal and Lois demand his presence at their 40th wedding anniversary party."
