"Today, and up to this moment in the episode of the Third Sacred Defense, it can be boldly said that you, the heroic people of Iran, have been the decisive victor on this field. To achieve a 'strong Iran,' the constant presence of our dear people is essential, just as it has been during the forty days we have already passed," stated Hamenei.

He told Iranians that it should not be assumed, with the announcement of negotiations with the enemy, that presence on the streets is no longer needed.

"If, for example, a period of silence on the military battlefield necessarily occurs, the duty of those among the people who have the ability to be present in the squares, neighborhoods, and mosques becomes heavier than before. Certainly, your chants in the squares influence the outcome of negotiations," conveyed the Supreme Leader of Iran.

Hamenei said that Iran has never sought war, but under no conditions will it abandon its legitimate rights, and in this regard, they consider the entire resistance front as a unified whole.

"With the permission of Almighty God, we certainly will not allow the criminal aggressors to go unpunished. We will certainly demand compensation for every inflicted injury, blood money for the martyrs, and compensation for the disabled of this war, and we will certainly advance the management of the Strait of Hormuz to a new level," stated Hamenei.

He also had a message for Iran's southern neighbors.

"Witness the miracle, therefore watch carefully, understand, take the right position, and beware of the false promises of the malicious devils. We are still waiting for an appropriate response from you so that we can show our brotherhood and goodwill; this cannot happen unless you turn away from the arrogant powers," said Hamenei.
