Addressing the eve of the forum titled Islamabad Talks, Sharif emphasized his desire to express the deepest and sincerest gratitude to the brotherly nations of the People's Republic of China, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Türkiye, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the State of Qatar. It was particularly highlighted that these countries have provided invaluable and comprehensive support to efforts aimed at achieving a ceasefire and offering an opportunity for peaceful diplomatic endeavors to reach a comprehensive and final resolution of the conflict. He underscored the profound respect and gratitude towards the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council, whose steadfast support and commitment to peace and stability in the region remain crucial to the overall efforts. It was noted that it is precisely the continuous engagement of these nations that has kept the diplomatic option open despite complex circumstances. Furthermore, it was emphasized that the leadership of all brotherly countries, as well as the United States of America, has demonstrated exceptional strategic foresight, wisdom, and patience in striving to give peace a genuine chance. The message of gratitude also reminded partners and friends worldwide who, as stated, have recognized and welcomed Pakistan's sincere efforts towards global peace. Finally, a call was made to all stakeholders to work together with collective strength to build lasting peace in the region and beyond, with the message that international cooperation and solidarity remain the foundation of any sustainable solution.
