We found the recipe on the YouTube channel "Domaฤ‡i recepti," where you can find numerous recipes for various types of dough. First, mix the yeast with 100 milliliters of warm water. Add sugar and flour, then let it sit for about five minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients. In a larger bowl, place 300 grams of flour, yogurt, the remaining water, salt, two tablespoons of oil, and the dissolved yeast. Mix everything with a whisk and gradually add flour. When the dough starts sticking to your hands, take it out onto a work surface and knead it with a little flour. After briefly kneading it, let it rest under a cloth for five minutes, then knead it briefly again. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and knead it briefly once more. Leave the dough in the bowl in a warm place and cover it with a cloth for about an hour. Once the dough has risen, knead it again and divide it into six equal parts. Shape each piece of dough into a ball and let them rest for about five minutes. Stretch each ball so they are of equal size and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover them with a cloth and let them rest for 20 minutes before baking. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Bake the dough for between 8 and 12 minutes, depending on whether you use the fan option. While the flatbreads are baking, prepare the glaze. Mix oil, salt, and lukewarm water. Then add parsley and garlic. When you take the flatbreads out of the oven, immediately brush them with the glaze.
