I tried to provide her with every possible opportunity," Paris replied. Venezuela interrupted her, saying, "This sounds like you're disappointed," to which Paris responded: "No, I'm not disappointed, but I didn't expect this to happen. Venezuela came to me at 15 and said, 'I have a boyfriend,' and she actually wasn't supposed to have a boyfriend until she turned 16, so I said, 'You'll see when he (Tyson) gets home.'" Venezuela mentioned that her father told her he was happy for her, and Paris added: "He was excited. Tyson is an old romantic. He was more excited than I was."
