Lakić confirmed the appointment of the new Management in the company "Pretis d.d." and emphasized that the management change in the company "Binas d.d." is of a completely different nature. "When it comes to the management of Binas, the Government made a decision to appoint a new management in Binas considering that the old management's term expired on April 4th. I want to communicate very precisely that we are not talking about dismissals here; private capital in this company, to the best of my knowledge, has initiated a procedure for a temporary measure by the court, which absolutely everyone has the right to do. However, we are protecting the majority ownership of the Federation Government, and what the Federation Government has decided will be implemented," said Lakić. He added that whoever tries to influence something that is in the interest of the Federation Government, we will resist it. According to his words, the Federation Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina believes in the recovery of the Technical Overhaul Institute Hadžići, citing the model by which, as he stated, the consolidation issue of the Sarajevo company Zrak was resolved. "The company Zrak is in bankruptcy, yet it has better revenues and pays its contributions and salaries compared to TRZ, which is not in bankruptcy. This means that we have a problem in the management bodies when it comes to this company. And we have settled that and said, from today the situation is different. We have already managed to help TRZ overcome some of its problems with about two million in the past year and a half, and even the Federation Government, with its grant of one million marks given to TRZ, has brought the company to a situation where it can acquire new equipment and similar things," said Lakić for Klix.ba. As Lakić explains, all companies in the specialized industry cluster in the Federation will help each other to avoid plant shutdowns. Speaking about the blockade of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, which halted the development of unmanned aerial vehicles in the company BNT Novi Travnik, Lakić stated that the problem is being resolved. "We had a meeting with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations three weeks ago on this topic, and we are preparing a roadmap of activities to get into a situation where we can continue with the plan we have outlined. As soon as we have the latest information, we will certainly share it with the public," said Lakić for Klix.ba.
