Košarac stated in posts on social media X that, according to him, the opposition in Republika Srpska is rejoicing over the defeat of a "proven friend of the Serbian people on both sides of the Drina River." He further claimed that opposition actors, as he asserts, "celebrate and rejoice like Bosniak politicians" over the defeat of Orban, whom he describes as a strong ally of Republika Srpska. In that context, he reminded of Hungary's stance in the United Nations, emphasizing that the country voted against the resolution on Srebrenica. Košarac also accused the opposition of expecting support from Great Britain and Germany, whom he called the proposers of resolutions that, according to his words, aimed at the "demonization of the Serbian people."
