Tropic Maloprodaja, which operates the retail chains Tropic, mojMarket, and Crvena jabuka market, is implementing this initiative as part of an internal practice aimed at recognizing employees whose dedication contributes to a positive team atmosphere and service quality for customers. The participants were selected by their colleagues within the teams.

During their stay in Prague, the participants had the opportunity to tour the city's most famous landmarks with a tourist guide, learn about its rich history and culture, and also better acquaint and socialize with colleagues from other cities.

Among the employees rewarded with the trip to Prague was Aleksandra Grabovac, an employee at the Tropic center in East Sarajevo, who has been with the company for nine years and says that the recognition from her colleagues is particularly meaningful.

"I was truly surprised when I found out that my colleagues from the company had chosen me. This is a great motivation for my future work. The trip to Prague was a wonderful experience because, besides seeing a beautiful city and learning a lot about its history, the best part was socializing with colleagues from other cities," said Grabovac.

In addition to touring Prague, the group also visited Vienna on their return, where they continued their socializing and exchange of experiences. For many of them, this was an opportunity to meet colleagues from other parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the first time and further strengthen the sense of community within the company.
