They stated that the charges were serious but expressed gratitude to the court for its decision.

"We are pleased that the Court dismissed all sexual harassment claims and every claim against the individual defendants: Justin Baldoni, Jamey Heath, Steve Sarowitz, Melissa Nathan, and Jennifer Abel. These were serious allegations, and we are thankful to the Court for reviewing the facts, the law, and the evidence presented," Baldoni's lawyers told Page Six.

After Judge Lewis Liman decided to dismiss 10 of the 13 lawsuits filed by Lively against Baldoni, the case will largely remain narrowed.

"We look forward to presenting our defense against the remaining claims in court," the lawyers stated.

The charges that remain as Lively and Baldoni prepare for trial involve breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting retaliation.

Blake Lively's attorney commented on the latest decision regarding the dismissal of the sexual harassment allegations.

"This case has always been and will remain focused on the steps the defendants took to destroy the reputation of Blake Lively, who advocated for safety on set, and that is the case going to trial. For her, the greatest measure of justice is that the people and the strategy have been exposed," she said.

The attorney also mentioned that she looks forward to testifying in court and continuing to shed light on this case to make it easier to uncover and combat.

It is worth recalling that the legal battle between Lively and Baldoni began in December 2025 when the actress accused Baldoni of sexual harassment on the set of the film "It Ends With Us."
